With another heatwave nipping at our heels it's impossible to believe it's October. Nursing an injured knee has kept me off the yoga mat since I've been home, but I just resumed hiking, cautiously. The cool mornings are glorious. The light does scream autumn, although the rising mercury makes me think otherwise.
