What's Cooking

I live with a man who eats copious amounts of carbs and sugar.
Being hypoglycemic I eat very limited amounts of the staples he craves on a daily basis.
Since I love to bake, his eating habits are a win for my culinary experiments in the kitchen.
There are so many recipes I would love to make right now,
but I'm dealing with limited ingredients.  
Flour, sugar, yeast, chocolate are not easy to find.
I search for recipes with ingredients I have on hand and decided to make
chocolate molasses cookies (which are good, but not great)
and an easy no knead bread (which is tasty).
