Revel
Revel is a gem of a restaurant in Seattle. I associate Korean with the big BBQ joints in LA. Not a big fan, but this was an entirely different experience. Inspired, inventive, amazing Korean food. LOVED the dungeness crab and seaweed noodles, grilled escarole, fennel kimchi, and squid pancake. If only it was closer.
