Desert Bliss

A week in PS while Karen and Victor are visitng from Urguaay makes it even more special.

Springtime temps made it ideal for entertaining, seeing art and checking out

the very cool Kitchen in the Desert in the Yucca Valley. 

Although the isolation from working at home can get to me, it does afford me the

freedom to work remotely.

My weeks in the dessert most certainly boost my quality of life

and for that I'm forever grateful

FIFTY EIGHT

Yesterday, Scott threw me a birthday party.

Twenty friends gathered in the back yard for all around merriment.

Feels like we're coming-out of hibernation again and the desire for face to face

connection is palpable. 

After years of not being able to gather and celebrate life's milestones it was a true gift.

Today we strolled the grounds at the Huntington Gardens.

The roses were glorious and warranted much attention.

Happy Birthday to me!
